GÄLLER SVERIGE
Omfattning:
Dessa allmänna villkor omfattar all försäljning från hÄnglar & Wings Webshop, om inget annat anges eller där särskilt avtalas mellan parterna.
Beställning:
Beställningar behandlas normalt under vardagar.
Just nu är det endast hÄnglar & Wings Clear Stamps + Stenciler som erbjuds till återförsäljarpriser.
Stämplarna och Stencilerna köps i grupper om 5 (5, 10, 15 osv). Om beställningen avser något annat antal kommer vi justera till närmaste 5,10,15 osv. Priserna i hÄnglar & Wings webshop kan ses som rekommenderat utpris till slutkund. Ditt pris är 50% av våra utpriser, avrundat till närmaste krona.
Minimum första ordern: 2000kr + moms, därefter 1000kr + moms / order.
Priserna anges i svenska kronor (SEK).
Som godkänd Återförsäljare skapar du ett inloggningskonto i webbshoppen med dina företagsuppgifter - glöm inte att registrera dig för vårt nyhetsbrev så du inte missar några nyheter! Vi kommer därefter att lägga till dig i vår kundgrupp Återförsäljare, där du direkt ser dina inköpspriser på Clear Stamps (övriga varor syns till fullpris). Notera att även om du kan lägga 1 stämpel i kundkorgen kommer vi inte expediera annat än grupper om 5st.
Rekommenderade utpriser på våra Clear Stamps & Stenciler är:
A6: 189kr
A7: 109kr
Stenciler: 89kr
Frakt:
Faktisk frakt via PostNord (Spårbart) tillkommer på alla beställningar.
Har ni eget fraktavtal via DHL kan ni använda er av det. Skriv det vid beställningen så kontaktar vi er när leveransen är färdigpackad så ni får mått och vikt på paketet och kan sända oss en fraktsedel. Vi har bra upphämtningsmöjligheter från DHL. Bokas upphämtning senast klockan 12 brukar dom kunna hämta samma dag. Vid val av eget DHL tillkommer 10kr i expeditionsavgift.
Avhämtning:
Vi kontaktar er för att boka tid för avhämtning av beställning om det önskas.
Betalning:
Alla ordrar betalas i förskott.
Vi accepterar betalningar via Klarna eller Bankgiro (Betalning skall sättas in samma dag!).
Priserna visas inklusive 25% moms för alla i Sverige / EU.
Restorder:
Varor som ej finns i lager stryks från din order och måste beställas om.
Leverans:
Varorna skickas normalt ut inom 1-3 arbetsdagar efter full betalning, med reservation för om något händer som står utanför vår kontroll.
Prisjusteringar:
Vi förbehåller oss rätten att ändra priser beroende på förändrade omständigheter. Priset på beställningsdagen är det gällande. Vi förbehåller oss även för ev. tryckfel i information, samt fel i specifikation, på samtliga produkter i vårt sortiment.

Produktinformation:
Dom varor som visas i butiken skall normalt finnas i lager.
Vi har ingen tryckt katalog utan hänvisar till online-butiken. Bilderna i vår onlinebutik skall ses som illustrationer och vi kan inte garantera att dom visar varans exakta utseende eller beskaffenhet.
Som återförsäljare har du tillåtelse att låna produktbilder från vår sida på varor du köper in från oss. Läs gärna vår sida med info om varför våra bilder ser ut som dom gör i shoppen, och publicera inga andra bilder med motiv som är "lätta att stjäla".
Lagersaldo:
Vi gör allt vi kan för att hålla lagersaldot uppdaterat, men reserverar oss för den mänskliga faktorn.
Behandling av kunduppgifter:
Dom kunduppgifter / personuppgifter som sparas hos oss är de som du fyller i för att skapa ett konto här i webbshoppen. Uppgifterna lämnas inte ut eller säljs till tredje part. Önskar du som kund bli raderad kontaktar du oss. Vi kommer även spara information om ditt organisationsnummer.
Falska beställningar:
Beställningar som göres i annan persons namn utan dennes medgivande, eller som på annat sätt medför att personen eller hÄnglar & Wings lider ekonomisk eller annan skada polisanmäls. IP nummer sparas för uppföljning.
Garanti, villkor och reklamation gällande hÄnglar & Wings egna stämplar:
Om varan är trasig, skadad eller om vi levererat fel vara skall du kontakta oss innan du gör något annat. Vid fel som hÄnglar & Wings ansvarar för erhåller du kostnadsfritt en ny vara. Vi tar endast reklamationer från våra egna kunder och inte från nästa led. Ersatta varor skickas till resp. butik. Varje stämpel blir kontrollerad efter tillverkning, men skulle du ändå ha oturen att få en defekt stämpel så kontaktar du oss direkt så byter vi ut den. Produkten returneras, väl emballerad med tillhörande originalförpackning.
Transportskada anmäls till PostNord eller det fraktbolag som använts.
Som kund och användare av hÄnglar & Wings stämplar förbinder du dig att respektera och följa Upphovsrättslagen (vår Änglapolicy bl.a) och hÄnglar & Wings övriga önskemål. (mer info finns under Copyright mm)
FORCE MAJEURE:
hÄnglar & Wings är inte ansvariga för skada eller försening som beror på lagbud, myndighetsåtgärd, mobilisering, krigshändelse, beslag, valutarestriktion, systemfel, fel eller inskränkningar i leveranser från underleverantörer, strejk, lockout, bojkott, blockad eller annan liknande omständighet som antingen hindrar eller försvårar hÄnglar & Wings fullgörande i sådan grad att det ej kan ske annat än till onormalt hög kostnad.

Wholsale Terms & Conditions
VALID TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE SWEDEN / INTERNATIONAL:
Extent:
These general terms and conditions include all sales from hÄnglar & Wings Webshop, unless otherwise stated or where specifically agreed between the parties.
Wholesale outside Sweden:
We will accept dealers (shops) outside Sweden.
Ordering:
Orders are normally processed monday-friday.
For the moment we are only offering hÄnglar & Wings Clear Stamps + Stencils at wholesale prices.
The stamps and stencils are purchased in groups of 5 (5, 10, 15, etc.). If ordered in other quantities we will adjust the number to nearest 5,10,15 etc. As an authorized dealer, you'll registrate an account in our webshop in your company name. Don't forget to add yourself to our newsletter ! We will add you to our customer group for retailers, and the shop will show you the retail prices for our Clear Stamps (other items will show RRP).
Recomended Retail Prices (RRP) are as follow:
A6 (4"x6" set) 189 SEK
A7 (3"x4" set) 109 SEK
Stencils 89 SEK
For your first order from hÄnglar & Wings, we have a minimum amount of 4000SEK (ex VAT), followings orders min 2000SEK (ex VAT) for stores within EU.
PLEASE NOTE! Outside EU the minimum amount per following orders is min 3000SEK (ex VAT) due to custom regulations!
Prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK).
Shipping:
We try to ship via UPS or DHL (Registered), and shipping cost is added to your order.
You can tell us if you prefer one or the other. We don't have any agreements with any of them.
If you have your own freight agreement via DHL, you can use it. You need to tell us in the message box, and then we'll contact you when the package is ready so you'll get the dimensions and weight of the package. Then you need to e-mail us the bill of lading so we can print it out for the package. There will be a small fee of 10 SEK if using DHL.
Payment:
All orders must be paid for before shipped out.
We accept Credit Cards via Klarna.
We reserve the right to change prices depending on changed circumstances. The price on the order date is valid. We also reserve for any printing errors.
Back Order:
Goods that are not in stock are removed from your order and must be re-ordered.
Delivery:
The items are normally sent out within 1-3 working days after payment are fulfilled, subject to reservation if something happens outside our control.
Price adjustments:
We reserve the right for price adjustments and delivery delays that take place outside our control. We also reserve the right to change the price for currency and VAT changes or other changes that take place after we set our prices. We also reserve for any printing errors in information, and errors in specification, on all products in our range.

Product Information:
The goods shown in the store should normally be in stock.
We have no printed catalog but refer to the online store! The images in our online store should be seen as illustrations and we cannot guarantee that they show the exact appearance or nature of the product.
As a retailer, you are allowed to use our product images from our site for goods you buy from us. Please take a minute to read the page with info about why our pictures of the stamps looks like they do in the shop – and please do not publish other pictures of the images that are “easy to steal”.
Availability:
We do everything we can to keep the inventory balance up to date, but reserve ourselves for the human factor.
Processing customer information:
The customer information / personal data stored with us are the ones you fill in to create an account in our webshop. The information is not disclosed or sold to third parties. If you wish to be deleted as a customer, please contact us. We will also store your organization ID.
Fake Orders:
Orders made in someone else's name without their consent, or who otherwise causes the person or hÄnglar & Wings to suffer financial or other damage to police reports, IP numbers are saved for follow-up.
Warranty, terms and conditions regarding hÄnglar & Wings own stamps:
If the product is broken, damaged or if we delivered the wrong item, please contact us before you do anything else. In the event of faults that hänglar & Wings is responsible for, you will receive a new item free of charge. We only take complaints from our own customers and not from the third part. Replaced goods are sent to the store contacting us. Each stamp is checked after manufacture, but if you still have the misfortune to get a defective stamp, you contact us directly and we will replace it. The product must be returned well packed with the original packaging.
Transport damage is reported to PostNord or the freight company used.
As a customer and user of hÄnglar & Wings stamps, you undertake to respect and comply with the Copyright Act (our Angel Policy, among other things) and the other wishes of hÄnglar & Wings. (more info can be found under Copyright etc.)
FORCE MAJEURE:
hÄnglar & Wings are not responsible for damage or delay due to legal tender, government action, mobilization, war event, seizure, currency restriction, system errors, errors or limitations on deliveries from subcontractors, strikes, lockouts, boycotts, blockades or other similar circumstances that either hinder or hÄnglar & Wings performance makes it so difficult that it cannot be done except for abnormally high costs.

If you get our authorization you'll continue to create an account in our webshop in your companies name. Please tell us when that is done, and we'll change so you'll see the wholesale prices when you are logged in.
