Terms & Conditions

When you go through the checkout and approve your order you have entered into a purchase agreement. (= Accepting our Purchase Terms as below). If you are under 18 we will only accept your order with written permission of your parent or guardian. Orders made in someone else's name without permission will be reported to the police.

Orders are processed Monday - Friday.

We will send your order within 5 working days after payment.

When releasing new stamps, it may take longer, due to increased workload.


Normal delivery time is approximately 10-30 days for international delivery.

Most of our orders are sent out using Postnord. We do not take financial responsibility for any delays due to the shipping company.

All items with the Buy-button is normally in stock. If the button is hidden it's possible to enter your e-mail address to get a note when the product is restocked. To reduce enviromental impact we do not have a printed catalog as our website shows our current range. 

Within EU - all prices at check out includes Swedish VAT 25%.
Outside EU - all prices at check out exclude Swedish VAT. 
The buyer will be liable for any import charges, including customs and VAT.

NOTE!: You need to change the country you are ordering from in top of the check-out-page to see correct prices!

Minimum order:

No minimum order amount.   

Payment & Shipping Cost:

You'll choose your way to pay for the order in the end of check-out.

Shipping cost will be calculated in the check out system. You can choose between registered or non registered envelope. 

PLEASE NOTE! As a customer you are responsible for filling in the correct address, telephone number and e-mail when ordering in our webshop. If there are delivery delays and extra charges etc due to incomplete information it will be beyond our control. 

Cancellation / Change of order:

It's not possible to cancel your order if we already processed your order. 

You are welcome to change your order free of charge if we haven't started to pack your order. A change of order means you want to exchange one item against another or delete / add goods. Normally we start packing your order when the payment is received. We can bundle multiple orders and send at the same time if we have not already packed and closed the order already. However, these requests must be stated CLEARLY when you order!  

Return Policy:

Contact us BEFORE returning something.

As an individual, you have the right to change your mind and return your purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt, according to the Distance Contract Act, which entered into force on 2 June 2000.

In your e-mail to us, it must be clear that you have changed your mind. The withdrawal period begins to run on the day you received the item or a substantial part of it. The product must not be used and the packaging must be unbroken for this to apply. Postale + return postage will not be reimbursed. If the product is damaged or lost because you are negligent, you lose your right of withdrawal.

Returns must be sent to the return address provided. We do not collect packages or envelopes sent to service point destinations. The product value will be refunded within 30 days after receipt of the returned products. See also the Consumer Agency Distance Contracts Act & E-Commerce.

Warranty and Conditions regarding hÄnglar & Wings Stamps:

Each stamp will be checked after manufacture, however if you should receive a defective stamp please contact us immediately and we will replace it. Always contact us before returning any stamps.

If the stamp is defective or if we have packed incorectly we will reimburse return postage.

As a customer and user of our stamps, you agree to respect and comply with the Copyright Act and our other requests. (more information can be found under Angel Policy/Copyright)

Personalized stamps: 

Personalized stamps are ordered separate from other products.
Please check the spelling more than twice for your stamp before sending your order! We are not responsible for your misspellings.

If the stamps the stamp is defective from production it is covered by the same guarantee as our other stamps and will be changed.
Please always contact us FIRST before returning anything to us! 
The return policy is not valid to personalized stamps.


Transport damage:

If you detect damage to the package, you must immediately report this to the post office or other carrier and make a damage report. If you do not detect the damage until you open the package and the damage is such that it can be attributed to the mail or shipping company's handling, contact them to make a claim.

Unredeemed goods:

If you do not collect your order and the goods are returned to us by the post office, we will invoice you a 350 SEK restocking fee.

Price adjustments:

The price applicable at the time of purchase also applies at the time of delivery.

We reserve the right to adjust our prices and for any delays in delivery beyond our control. We also reserve the right to adjust the price for currency and VAT changes. We can not be hold accountable for possible errors in information, or specification regarding products on our website.

Force majeure:

hÄnglar & Wings AB is not responsible for any damage or delay caused by law, government action, mobilization, war event, seizure, currency restriction, system errors, errors or restrictions in subcontracting, strike, lockout, boycott, blockade or other similar circumstances that either obstruct or hÄnglar & Wings makes performance so difficult that it can only be done at an abnormally high cost.



Any disputes are resolved primarily in discussion with our customer service. We follow the recommendations of the Swedish Complaints Board and also refer to the European Commission's Disputes Dispute Resolution Network: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
